Celestial Guardians expansion with Alola region cards

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is set to receive its latest expansion, Celestial Guardians, launching on April 30, 2025, at 06:00 UTC. The expansion brings the Alola region to life with over 200 new cards, including the fan-favorite starter trio of Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio, as well as the legendary duo Solgaleo and Lunala. The set introduces new Pokémon ex cards and a revolutionary immersive Supporter card mechanic that promises to shake up the current meta.

Six-month anniversary celebration announced

In conjunction with the expansion launch, The Pokémon Company has announced a special six-month anniversary celebration. Starting April 30, 2025, at 06:00 UTC, players can engage in solo battles until May 13, 2025, at 05:59 UTC to earn exclusive Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7 boosters containing the highly sought-after Rayquaza ex. Additionally, players who complete special missions by May 29, 2025, at 05:59 UTC will receive a full-art Rayquaza ex card and other exclusive rewards.

The expansion and anniversary celebration mark a significant milestone for the digital card game, which has seen growing popularity since its launch six months ago.
